Per project cache control header settings

Currently Blueberry does not utilize the broswer cache effectively. In order to ensure that your customers see their changes in a timely fashion, we bypass don't use the header at all.

This feature will allow customers to specifcy their cache-control values per project and enable them to reduce Blueberry requests. Customers of Blueberry can make their own decisions about the tradeoffs with different cache times.

Support more properties

We are looking for customer feedback on what properties they would like to see supported next. The next planned properties are text-align and display.

Variable validations

Soon we will be adding validations to various variable types. For example, on length properties allowing users to specify left and right bounds for the variable.
